SHIPPING POLICY

Customer service is our top priority! We ship packages most every business day, so you can expect your order to be processed within 3-5 business days if not sooner.

Most packages are mailed vis UPS Ground or USPS Ground unless otherwise specified or if a rush shipping is requested.

If you need your item by a certain date, please leave a note on your order so we can do our best to accommodate.

Please note: After your order has a tracking number and has been scanned in via UPS or USPS it is no longer under our control. If an order is lost you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
RETURN POLICY

To start a return or claim, please access ourΒ return portal here.

Returns are forΒ store credit only and must be received back to us within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.

Items should be, undamaged, unwashed, unworn with tags and returned in their original clear bags if possible.Β Items sent back without reasonable care may be subject to a restocking fee.

All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Items considered as a SALE item are those with a 30% discount or higher.

All jewelry and accessories are considered final sale for sanitation reasons.

If we receive a final sale item back as a return, it will be donated and your account will not be credited.

Please note that discounts cannot be applied after checkout, nor can orders be canceled after checkout.Β

We will do our best to accommodate changes/modifications to incorrect shipping addresses if needed, but we cannot guarantee it. Incorrect information is the responsibility of the customer and we cannot provide refunds for items that are not received due to customer error.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a gift card via email with your store credit after the return has been processed.Β

EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of when your order was delivered and are processed the same way a return is processed.

If you would like to exchange your item for another size, you may do so through the return portal with two options:

Instant Exchange: This allows your new item to ship immediately by placing a hold on your credit card just in case we do not receive your return items. This secures your item and size immediately so there is no risk of your new item selling out.

Traditional Exchange: Allows you to pick out a new item in place of your existing item but does not place a hold on your order, meaning your item is as risk for selling out. Your new item will ship once the original item has been received and processed. If your item does sell out before your return arrives back to us, store credit will be sent in its place via email in the form of a gift card.Β

- Please note that the customer is responsible for the price of the new shipment, regardless of if the pre-paid return shipping option was selected.Β

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return or claim, please access ourΒ return portal here.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE REQUESTED THROUGH THE RETURN PORTAL. Failure to do so will result in delays issuing store credit.

Mailing back items without using the portal increases your risk of lost packages. If a package is lost in transit back to us due to failure to adhere to these policies, no store credit will be issued.Β

Returns processed through the portal will be issued 5-7 upon receipt of original items at which time a gift card for store credit will be issued.

If you did not pre-pay for a return shipping label with checkout+, you can either pay the cost of the return shipping out of pocket through the portal or deduct the return shipping cost from your store credit amount.

All store credit will be issued via e-Gift card to your email on file.

If for some reason you are unable to use the portal, you will need to notify our team of your return in advance and provide a valid tracking number for your shipment.Β Please mail manually processed returns to:

MISSING, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We kindly request that you contact us at orders@shopkatherineparkerdesigns.com within 3 business days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Send photographs of each side of the outer shipping package, including the shipping label, as well as several photos of the damaged product.Β
