SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Every order is such a blessing to our family! It is our hope that your purchases from Katherine Parker Designs brighten your day and make you feel seen, heard, known, and loved.
Customer service is our top priority! We ship packages most every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so you can expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days. Most packages are mailed vis USPS Ground unless otherwise specified or if a rush shipping is requested.
If not, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit only. Return shipping labels can be accessed through the self-serve return portal linked below. If you did not pre-pay for a return shipping label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your return credit. Credit will be issued via e-Gift card to your email on file. Customized orders and items discounted 30% or more are considered FINAL SALE.
